This notice explains how Glovista collects and uses personal data when you visit www.glovistabd.com, fill in our contact form or subscribe to our newsletter. It is written to meet the transparency requirements of the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and Türkiye’s Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK).

• Newsletter: your email address and the date you subscribed.
• Website use: technical and statistical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and time on site.
• When you contact us directly: what you share with us by email, phone or WhatsApp.

• To answer your enquiry and stay in touch with you about it
• To prepare proposals and deliver the services you ask for: trade fairs, B2B meetings, company formation, visas and business travel
• To send you our newsletter, if you subscribed
• To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse
• To measure how the website is used and improve our content
• To meet our legal obligations and protect our rights

We rely on the steps needed to enter into or perform a contract with you, our legitimate interests in running a secure business website, compliance with legal obligations and, for the newsletter, analytics cookies and international transfers, your consent.

• Service providers: our website host, email provider, Cloudflare (security and performance) and Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (statistics).
• Partners: only where needed to deliver a service you requested and with your knowledge, for example fair organisers, hotels, airlines, visa centres, licensing authorities, accountants and law firms.
• Authorities: where the law requires it.

Glovista FZCO is based in the United Arab Emirates, so personal data you send through this website is transferred to the UAE. Our email, hosting, security and analytics providers may also process data on servers in the European Union, the United States and other countries. Where required, these transfers are made on the basis of standard contractual safeguards or your consent. By ticking the consent box on the contact form you agree to this transfer.

6. How long we keep it

• Enquiries and correspondence: up to 2 years after your request is closed, or longer where a contract requires us to keep records.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
• Analytics: up to 14 months in Google Analytics.

7. Cookies

Analytics cookies only run if you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner shown on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.

8. Your rights

You can ask us whether we hold personal data about you, request a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. To unsubscribe from the newsletter, just write to us. Send requests to info@glovistabd.com with enough information for us to verify your identity; we reply within 30 days. If you are in Türkiye, you can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).
